Karnataka: Facebook group for farmers runs online agriculture manifesto

PUTTUR: Ahead of the impending meeting elections in Karnataka one of the crucial agriculturists in the state have began an online agriculture manifesto marketing campaign through a Facebook crew.

The Facebook crew created by means of the agriculturists has 2.77 lakh energetic contributors internationally. According to Mahesh Pucchapadi, considered one of crew's admin, the crowd contributors come with each Indians and NRIs.

Earlier, the crowd contributors were from the spaces of Puttur and Sullia simplest, but now it has contributors from internationally, mentioned Ramesh Delampadi, one of the most crew admin.

Manifesto for Farmers

It is claimed that the youths are not enthusiastic about agriculture however the recent development has seen high salaried other folks too turning to agriculture sector. So with the technological development, the expectations of the agriculturists have risen. The admins say that they discuss the issues confronted by means of the agriculturists in their Facebook crew.

- Market Price Declaration for agricultural merchandise
- Support price announcement when price falls down for agri merchandise
- Support for using modern ?technology

- Control of mediator

- Supporting skilled individuals who enter the agriculture sector

- Hiring science graduates to vill?age stage of agriculture technological information

- Water refilling device to be made mandatory.

- Taluk stage agriculture warehouses.

- Support for farm animals farming and merchandise selling
