NEW DELHI: Cops have introduced an inquiry after a woman who was once allegedly robbed by 4 males on board the Ambala Express claimed that a dozen other passengers were held at knife-point for almost half an hour and robbed, earlier than the teach had entered Nizamuddin railway station. Later, the circle of relatives had reached Nizamuddin railways police station to sign in a grievance. Tripathi stated that the policemen who had taken down her grievance wrote the FIR without recording her observation during which she had alleged a theft. She stated that her bag contained jewelry price Rs 50,000 and Rs 1,000 in money.


Following the allegations, a staff led by DCP (railways) Parvaiz Ahmed reached her place of abode in Ambala the place her observation was once recorded. Police stated that an enquiry will be carried out to find out if someone from the RPF or the GRP had dissuaded the other passengers from registering a grievance. They would also in finding out why the girl’s observation was once now not recorded.


The police staff that had reached out to the girl took down the description of the 4 youths who had boarded the teach. They would prepare a cartoon in response to that.
