BENGALURU: A 27-year-old executive with a significant IT company in Electronics City alleged a colleague has been harassing her sexually since December 2016.
Acase used to be filed towards instrument engineer Vijay Kumar, 32, under IPC phase 354A (sexual harassment), in response to the girl’s criticism.
