KALYAN: The Mahatma Phule police in Kalyan, on Friday, arrested a 45-year-old physician for allegedly molesting a minor girl at his medical institution in Kalyan.
The physician, Jitendra Patil, was once arrested following girl's whinge below molestation and sections related to Prevention of Child from Sexual Assault act.
The girl elderly 15 along with her mom had gone for a check-up at medical institution owned by means of Patil at Chikanghar space on Thursday night as she had a pain in her stomach. During her check-up, Patil allegedly touched her inappropriately.
"Patil checked her stomach and then touched her non-public portions,” said Prakash Londe, senior inspector at Mahatma Phule police station.
The girl knowledgeable about the incident to her mom who then approached the police.
