ROHTAK: The Hisar police on Thursday arrested a man identified as Parveen Kumar (40) for throwing black oil on leader minister Manohar Lal Khattar all through his highway display ahead of visiting a neighborhood temple there.
The accused, a resident of Jokhod Khera village, used to be detained by police body of workers present on the spot. According to data, CM Khattar had reached Hisar round 5pm on Thursday for taking part within the highway display together with his cavalcade.

Around five.49 pm, Khattar went inside the temple located in Palika Bazar. The accused who used to be already present there threw oil on Khattar’s maroon jacket and lightweight green kurta-pyjama. The accused shouted the slogan for former deputy Prime Minister Devi Lal while throwing oil at Khattar.

Parveen used to be instantly detained and brought clear of the spot. Unperturbed over the advance, Khattar visited the temple and continued together with his highway display as in step with time table.
Reacting on the construction, Rajiv Jain, adviser to CM Khattar, blamed the opposition parties for instigating such an assault. Jain said, “The political parties who've lost acceptability in public lodge to such cheap tactics and it is condemnable.”
