NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has pulled up renowned training institute FIIT-JEE for not prepared to settle the claims of an IIT-joint front examination topper, who has sought damages of over Rs five crore from the institute for allegedly misusing his identify and achievements in its promotional commercials.

"It also came to the knowledge of the plaintiffs that the video was displayed on various porn sites which could not be possible without the institute's permission. It said that whole video was distorted and edited for unlawful gains by FIIT-JEE," the suit mentioned.


The circle of relatives has alleged that they had been cheated and their innocence used to be misused for business benefits and income which used to be not simplest illegal but unethical.
