COIMBATORE: Almost a month after he was issued understand to vacate the professional quarters, suspended vice-chancellor of Bharathiar University A Ganapathy did so on Saturday. He handed over the keys to the college officers around 11am.
According to university officers, the college had issued the attention to Ganapathy on April 14, after messages claimed that he was in touch with professors and different group of workers of the college.
A three-member committee comprising upper training secretary and two syndicate members decided to factor the attention after Ganapathy refused to do so, the officers added.
