COIMBATORE: Members of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) SC/ST Employees Welfare Association staged a sit-in on Wednesday night alleging the university have been holding again transfers of the members of the affiliation.
M Saravanakumar, the affiliation’s president, mentioned the university had no longer given transfers to members of the affiliation, although they had been eligible. Saravanakumar warned of a mass agitation if the university fails to respond to their calls for through Thursday.
