There is not any authority above the manager minister of the state in these issues,” said Sukhveer Pahalwan, one of the vital leaders within the agitation .
About the order, CEO Alok Tandon said, “Since we’ve no longer gained any written order from the CM, we cannot comment on the subject of transferring the web site 2km away. We’ll search a clarification and get back.”
Col (rtd) P Chandra, vice-president of Federation of Noida and Greater Noida Apartment Owners Association (FONAA), advised TOI that the Authority officials had mentioned the Master Plan of 2031 made in 2006 the place they've listed Sector 123 as a landfill web site.
