NEW DELHI: A 15-year-old lady used to be rescued from the clutches of two kidnappers once they had been looking to promote her at GB Road on Tuesday.
A workforce from the Kamla Market police station spotted the lady once they accused had been looking ahead to a pimp and laid a trap. A cop posed as a brothel proprietor, struck a deal and took the lady away to a protected location sooner than the duo had been arrested. DCP (central) Mandeep Singh Randhawa has showed the arrest.
While being counselled, the lady, from Uttar Pradesh, advised the police that she met one of the crucial accused, Parvez, in a educate while coming to Delhi with a cousin on Monday.
After befriending her, Parvez, who used to force his Ertiga automotive for a cab corporate at Connaught Place, introduced to get her a task, police officers stated. He asked the cousin to depart, saying he would take care of the lady.
Once in Delhi, he took the lady to Loni at the pretext of introducing her to any person who would give her a task. However, after achieving Loni, she pressured the lady to transport to the rear seat of his automotive and raped her. He then called his friend, Shoaib, to accompany him to GB Road.
On the way, they knowledgeable the pimp about the lady and agreed to meet him close to Kamla Market. However, they had been spotted via the police workforce on patrol and the station house officer of Kamla Nagar used to be alerted.
Parvez advised the police officers that while he used to be riding the cab for a non-public financial institution, Shoaib used to be making ready to seem for a UPSC exam. Cops are probing whether or not Shoaib, too, had raped the lady.
