MYSURU: Citing an observation made through the manager of the International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde, founder-chairperson of the MYRA School of Business, Mysuru Shalini Urs on Wednesday mentioned, “India’s home gross home product (GDP) can build up through 27% if extra girls get into the body of workers, and tackle leadership roles.”
Shalini, who was at a convention organised through the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on ‘Empowering Indian Women: A vision to fly higher’, mentioned, “Though extra are enrolling in schools, and also file the next passing proportion, even in higher education, the being worried issue is that this isn't mirrored in them body of workers. Women are doing well in clinical, engineering and control fields, girls are outperforming males. But, extra efforts are had to get these girls into the body of workers.”
