Coimbatore: An injured male elephant had on Sunday evening entered banana plantations at Samayapuram village at Mettupalayam. Villagers stated they noticed the blood on banana leaves and at the flooring. They stated the elephant had not broken the vegetation. Early on Monday, the elephant had entered the forest within reach, they stated. Forest officials stated they've formed three groups to watch the elephant's movements.
