BELAGAVI: Five other people were killed at the spot and two others injured in a street coincidence at the outskirts of Nippani the city in the Belagavi district in Karnataka on Monday morning after a Bolero jeep driver misplaced the regulate of the vehicle and hit a mini truck.
The incident came about on Pune-Bengaluru National Highway-Four. According to police resources, the Bolero fetching vegetables from Ghataprabha the city to Kolhapur went at the mistaken aspect and rammed in opposition to the mini truck coming from the other way. The mini truck was once heading towards Bengaluru.
All the deceased were travelling in Bolero vehicle whilst the motive force and the cleaner of mini truck have been injured. They were admitted to the non-public hospital. Both the automobiles were hugely damaged in the coincidence. All the deceased are the age crew of 30 to 40 and police are engaged in tracing their identify and addresses. A case has been registered in Nippani the city police station.
