COIMBATORE: A Tamil Nadu BJP worker on Tuesday created a flutter via wearing a bullet in his bag to the airport here to board a flight to Chennai.
He was, then again, stopped via the security workforce, police stated.
State BJP secretary GK Selvakumar arrived on the airport and whilst being screened, a safety workforce noticed the bullet in the luggage and right away alerted the police.
Inquiry printed that the BJP chief, who had a legitimate licence to hold the bullet, stated he had no longer noticed the ammunition in his luggage, whilst he was packing for the journey, police stated.
Later, he was allowed to board the flight, after he passed over the bullet to his motive force, they stated.
