Haryana government to recalculate enhancement dues for property owners in Huda sectors

GURUGRAM: The state govt has agreed to recalculate enhancement dues for Huda sectors across Gurugram.
On Friday, BJP Haryana spokesperson Raman Malik announced at a press convention that the recalculation would be carried out for allottees who had not availed the one time agreement scheme (OTSS) under which a 40% rebate was once offered to allottees.

Malik said, “There will probably be adjustments in the allotment coverage itself. Huda will formulate the new guidelines in keeping with agreed points after which feedback from the public would be invited via its website. The feedback will probably be reviewed ahead of sending them to property officials for revised calculations.”

The Haryana State Confederation said the government will have to deal with allottee grievances and formulate a committee to resolve teething problems.

“To ensure transparency, the method of re-calculation of enhancement dues and fee in line with unit of measured land would involve chartered accountants. In case of any points of rivalry, there will probably be no hesitation from the government’s side in taking criminal opinion from retired judges to verify a decision in the public hobby,” said Yashvir Malik, convener, Haryana State Confederation.

Property homeowners said that the government promised to hold out the recalculation of enhancement dues under mutually-agreed ideas.
