‘Insensitive’, says Mufti on appointment of counsel of Kathua rape accused as additional advocate general
NEW DELHI: A day after the J&Okay executive under governor NN Vohra appointed the defence recommend of probably the most main accused of Kathua gangrape and murder case, former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti mentioned that it seems that to be an strive at "rewarding" those that shield alleged murderers and rapists.
