Rains lash parts of Delhi-NCR

NEW DELHI: Parts of Delhi and the National Capital Region witnessed rains within the afternoon whilst humidity ranges continued to remain prime.

Rains lashed several portions of north Delhi, together with GTB Nagar, Burari, Model Town, Mukherjee Nagar, Azadpur, Timarpur, Civil Lines.

Some areas in Noida, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida also won rainfall.

Delhi's Ridge observatory recorded 20 mm of rain till 2.30 pm, but Safdarjung observatory did not document any rainfall.

According to the meteorological division, the minimal temperature on Saturday was once recorded at 28 degree Celsius, one notch above the season's moderate, while the humidity level remained prime at 81 according to cent.


The weatherman has forecast rains in several areas of the national capital within the evening.


On Friday, the utmost temperature settled at 32.4 degrees Celsius, while the minimal was once 27.2 degrees Celsius.
