NEW DELHI: Asserting that the rule of law is preferrred for his govt, Prime Minister Narendra Modi nowadays called for giving broad publicity to the instances through which rapists have been awarded the dying sentence, pronouncing it could instill worry in folks with "demonic mindset".


"The country, our society need to be rid off this demonic mindset," he mentioned all over his Independence Day address from the Red Fort.
