GURUGRAM: Two youths, who had been a part of the six-member workforce that allegedly kidnapped and thrashed a head constable following an altercation, had been arrested on Thursday. The duo instructed interrogators that they had been unaware that he was once a cop.
Sources mentioned when reprimanded through head constable Madan Lal, who was once in plainclothes and not on accountability, a youth instructed him to thoughts his own trade.
