The Diu management has warned lodge and lodge house owners to strictly observe the time limit for serving liquor, use of loudspeakers and parties.
Though every year the management acts leniently, but this 12 months the stern warnings has compelled one of the vital lodges to cancel the New Year parties, while many have limited the birthday party for visitors staying at the lodge or lodge.
