LUCKNOW: A group of medical doctors at King George's Medical University (KGMU) gave a 26-year-old a possibility to breathe freely once more by means of appearing a sophisticated surgery to interchange a damaged windpipe.

The affected person's situation is now stable but he must come back to KGMU after six to 8 weeks for a second surgery. The medical doctors will perform at the upper part of the windpipe all over the second surgery. The affected person had evolved tracheal stenosis after he met with a street twist of fate a couple of years ago. Yadav mentioned that the affected person paid Rs 50,000 for the treatment, which integrated the surgery and the medicines.


"The same procedure would have cost him Rs 8-10 lakh in a private medical facility."


The group of medical doctors which operated at the affected person integrated Dr Bhupendra, Dr Dhirendra, Dr Abhishek, Dr Ajay, Dr Sameeksha and Dr Raman along with his group of anaesthetists.
