HISAR : Hisar police have arrested a man for murdering his lover, at the criticism of the deceased’s sister.
According to the police, Vipin, a resident of Rishi Nagar of Hisar, murdered 35-year-old Babita by way of giving her poison. Vipin was once having an affair with married Babita, said the police. He wanted to marry any individual else and determined to kill Babita to forestall any complications, added the police.
Hisar police spokesperson Harish Bhardwaj said City police station had registered a case against Vipin at the criticism of deceased’s sister Seema, a resident of Sector 14 of Old Faridabad, below section 328 (causing hurt by way of poison) and 302 (murder) of Indian Penal code.
According to Seema, Babita, who was once married for almost 17 years, rented Vipin’s area in Hisar two years in the past. Seema said that her brother-in-law Prakesh work in Punjab and visit Babita intermittently. Babita and Vipin fell in love and Babita had allegedly confessed this to her sister.
Seema alleged that since Vipin’s marriage was once to happen in December, he started to steer clear of Babita. But Babita faced him and, about seven days in the past, they went to Delhi to rent a room at Nawada Bhatiala Road, she added. According to Seema, her sister had informed her that Vipin had given Babita to consider that he would marry her as an alternative. He had allegedly asked Babita to get the school dwelling certificate of her two kids. On the night time previous the murder, Seema had allegedly spoken to her sister over the phone,
who had informed her that she was once with Vipin’s sister-in-law.
But at around 3am, Seema said she gained a call from a sanatorium informing her that Babita had ate up poison. Soon after Babita died. Seema had alleged in her criticism that Vipin had forcibly poisoned Babita.
