BAREILLY: The bodies of 2 youngster sisters were found placing from a tree in Dhumanan Deeppur village under Gunnaur police station jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh on Sunday. Police said that the family of the deceased women claimed that they'd have taken the extraordinary step after being scolded on a petty factor of carelessness in some domestic paintings.
However, some neighbours said that the ladies were dissatisfied since the family had fixed their marriage with out their consent. A similar incident has hit the headlines in May 2014 after two women were found placing in Badaun district following which the then Samajwadi Party government had ordered CBI probe.
Gunnaur circle officer Gamleshwar Viltoria confirmed TOI, “We learnt that ladies’ marriage were fixed in any other village. We are investigating on all angles.”
Gunnaur SHO Ata Mohammad advised TOI, "The girls’ family told us that the girls were scolded on Saturday evening since they had forgotten to fodder the cattle. The bodies have been brought down and sent for the autopsy. The cause of death will be clear once the post-mortem report comes and we will take further action after that. Meanwhile, our investigation is going on."
Police said that both women had not been attending any faculty and used to assist the family in domestic paintings and farming.
The women' father said that when he awoke at round 5am, he found his both daughters placing from the tree nearby the home. Hearing his screams, different members of the family and neighbours rushed to the spot and knowledgeable the police.
