MUMBAI: The police on Wednesday arrested an unidentified cab driving force who had rammed his car a couple of times into a couple on a morning stroll in Vasai closing month.
The accused identified as Triveni Pandey (40), is an Ola driving force and resident of Nagindas Pada in Nalasopara (East).
On December 21 at around 6.15 am Pandey’s white colour Swift Dzire car had rammed into Sikander Ali (42) and his wife Salma (36). While Salma escaped with minor injuries, the cab ran over Ali a number of times sooner than fleeing. An architect, Ali sustained critical injuries on his chest and rib bones. He is below treatment in a medical institution.
