KANPUR: Rounak Majumdar of Thane emerged as topper within the Common Admission Test (CAT)-2018 the result of which was once declared on Saturday. He is one among 11 candidates who've scored 100 percentile.
An alumnus of IIT-Kanpur, Raunak did BTech in mechnical engineering department. At present he's operating with an MNC in Gurgaon. This is for the second time that he has cleared the CAT. Last time, he cracked CAT-2017, and carried out in IIM-Kolkata, Kozhikode and Lucknow. But then he sought after to study both at IIM-Ahmedabad, Bangalore or Kolkata, and due to this fact re-appeared in CAT-2018.
