NEW DELHI: Delhi Police on Sunday arrested a 35-year-old lady and her boyfriend for killing the woman’s son who had objected to their courting. The incident used to be reported from east Delhi’s Ashok Nagar.
The deceased, Ravinder, had an altercation together with her mom’s boyfriend, Shariq, a couple of days ago after having noticed them in combination. A scuffle ensued all the way through which Ravinder beat up Shariq. His mom, outraged over the fight, attacked her son with a large stone. Shariq additionally joined in and in combination they hit Ravinder on his face and head over two dozen times, police mentioned.
As Ravinder lay in a pool of blood, the duo realised determined to dump him at a health center. Claiming that Ravinder used to be in poor health, they referred to as for an ambulance and asked him to force to a health center. However, seeing the blood, the ambulance driver suspected something amiss and informed the police.
Cops arrived at the scene and located Ravinder’s face smashed. They wondered the duo all the way through which they confessed to crime. They were arrested under Section 302 (homicide) of the IPC.
