BHUBANESWAR: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday countered Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s claim that irrigation amenities were created in handiest 22,000 hectares in Odisha against BJD’s promise of 10 lakh hectares right through 2014 elections.
