SURAT: The court of Surat Principal District and Sessions Judge will behavior hearing of the case where a five-year-old woman was sexual assaulted, on day-to-day basis for 4 days starting Saturday. The decision was announced on Wednesday via the court 3 months after the incident came to gentle.
The hearing will begin from Saturday and proceed until January nine in court of Principal and District Judge R Okay Desai. The court will document proof and examine witnesses during working hours. The court plans to examine 20 witnesses who have already been summoned.
The crime was dedicated on September 29 and police had arrested Roshan alias Kalu Bhumihar, 19, inside of few hours. City police shaped a group to speed up the method to publish chargesheet in the case. Police had filed the chargesheet in the case on November 2.
“The court will document proof for 4 days and listen to arguments. Further procedure may be more likely to expedite. By the start of February the judgement might be pronounced,” stated Nayan Sukhadwala, district government pleader.
“At primary degree police ensured that the case is detected and accused was arrested on the earliest. Within 5 hours of the crime the accused was arrested,” stated V M Makwana, police inspector, Dindoli police station.
“It is a great decision via court to hear the case on day-to-day basis. The accused will have to be brought to justice on the earliest to set an instance for others,” stated Satish Sharma, city police commissioner.
