Cash-strapped trader found hanging in Ranchi

RANCHI: A 45-year-old trader, Subir Rai, was found placing from the ceiling of his house in Doranda on Thursday morning. Rai and his circle of relatives was dwelling at a rented house in New Gandhi Nagar Colony. Police stated Rai’s elder son was suspicious after his father did not open the door of his room in he morning in spite of repeated knocks. The circle of relatives broke open the door around 7.30am and found him placing from the ceiling.


Rai’s neighbours and his circle of relatives stated he was reeling from financial disaster for the ultimate a number of months. “My father was underneath psychological rigidity for a while after his industry took a success. He wasn’t taking his foods on time for the previous few days,” Rai’s son stated.


Police stated Rai was the sole incomes member of his circle of relatives and is survived by means of two sons and wife. “The deceased was working a nursery in Tupudana which was incurring massive losses. Rai borrowed around Rs 1.5 lakh from a personal lender and was not able to pay off it. This might have brought about him psychological rigidity and precipitated him to take the intense step,” officer in-charge of Doranda police station Arun Kumar Singh stated, including, “We haven’t found any suicide note. The body has been despatched to Rims or autopsy.”
