YAVATMAL: Raju Todsam, sitting BJP legislator from Arni in Yavatmal district, was allegedly overwhelmed up through a mob on Tuesday night after he attempted to avoid wasting his girl ‘friend’ from the wrath of his spouse and her relations over their ‘extra marital’ relationship. The ‘friend’ sustained accidents and has been admitted to rural health center.
No FIR has been registered as none of the warring teams has lodged a grievance, police said.
The incident ahead of PM Narendra Modi’s scheduled rally for girls’s SHGs at Pandharkawda on February 16 is sure to embarrass the BJP management as Todsam’s identify figures at the invitation card. He is about to proportion the dais with the PM and CM.

Following the incident, chairman of the state govt’s process power on agrarian disaster Kishore Tiwari demanded that Todsam should not be allowed to proportion the dais with the PM and CM at Pandharkawda meet.
