AHMEDABAD: Naroda police and residents of the area apprehended three males who attempted to rob a commuter of his mobile phone and cash on Sunday night time. Naroda police officials stated they are interrogating the three accused — Dilip Parmar, Keyur Patel and Deepak Patel — to grasp if they have got been interested in extra such offences.
According to the criticism lodged by Vivekanand Samantrai (34) of Naroda, who works for a personal company, whilst returning after buying medication for his spouse from a medical store, he used to be intercepted by three motorcycle-borne persons who took his mobile phone and Rs three,000 from his pocket.
“As Samantrai raised the alarm, locals accumulated and nabbed two of the three robbers, whilst the third managed to run away. Police rushed in on getting data of the incident and nabbed the third robber in a few hours. From their interrogation, it has emerged that Dilip Parmar used to be using the motorbike whilst Keyur and Deepak have been driving pillion. Parmar and Keyur Patel have been nabbed on the spot whilst Deepak used to be arrested afterward,” stated a senior Naroda police official.
