Speaking at a meet on ‘Kautilya Arthashastra and Karnataka’s Economy’ hosted through the Oriental Research Intitute, International Research Parishat and University of Mysore on the Senate Bhavan, Madaiah said rural construction and co-operative sectors play an important function in financial construction.
