GREATER NOIDA: The Kasna police has lodged an FIR against 8 people together with seven named officers of the Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) which gives energy to a better part of rural Gautam Budh Nagar under IPC segment 304 (culpable murder not amounting to homicide) within the dying case of three kids who got electrocuted when they came in contact with a circuit breaker within the NPCL substation of Phi four on Wednesday.
