Daltonganj: Fifty-five executive workforce were found medically undeserving amongst 149 candidates who had asked the district administration to exempt them from ballot duty on health grounds, officials said. A six-member board evaluated the applications. The board comprised five docs — Kalanand Mishra, R Ok Ranjan, Awadesh Singh, Rajesh, and Usha Kiran — and a magistrate, Shadan Nusrat. The board declared its report on Sunday.
