CHANDIGARH: The election division of the Chandigarh administration has in any case released poll manifesto and guidelines for the political parties contesting the 17th Lok Sabha elections for the Chandigarh parliamentary seat on May 19.

The political parties had been directed to tell the local police in regards to the venue and time in their proposed assembly in time so that the police may make necessary preparations to keep watch over traffic and maintain regulation and order.
