CHANDIGARH: The Punjab and Haryana top courtroom has commuted dying sentence of a Ludhiana resident, who had killed his cousin and aunt in 2013, into life imprisonment.
Rishu Grover, who used to be in a dating along with his cousin Heena, used to be infuriated when her marriage used to be fastened with anyone else.
