NEW DELHI: A 35-year-old Israeli guy was nabbed through officials at Indira Gandhi International airport when he entered the premises using a forged price tag. He instructed the cops that he had come to Delhi to meet a relative, who was leaving for another nation on Saturday. To spend an extra 10 mins with his relative, he made a faux price tag and entered the airport to peer him off.
Police said that the man was identified as Inbal Zadok. Zadok confirmed an edited flight price tag bound to commute from Delhi to Heathrow.
When questioned, Zadok even tried convincing the safety team of workers that the price tag was not faux however later confessed to having edited the price tag and was arrested, whilst his relative flew back house.
A case under sections 417 (Punishment for cheating), 447 (Punishment for legal trespass), 467 (Forgery of precious security, will, and many others) and 471 (Using as genuine a forged document) of the IPC has been registered and investigations in the case have been taken up.
