PUNE: Vishal Ramakant Chabukswar, a 21-year-old adolescence from Latur, used to be arrested for making an attempt to damage into an automatic teller system (ATM) of the ICICI Bank in a gated housing society in Dhanori at 2.30am on Wednesday.
