SURAT: A paan shop owner used to be booked at Umra police station for stealing dry fruits worth Rs12.50 lakh from Reliance Mall in Vesu on Saturday. The accused Hitendra Shukla bought biscuits worth Rs4 lakh to scouse borrow dry fruits worth Rs12.50 lakh packed in biscuit cartons.
