Tirupur: A man from Nallur used to be booked for allegedly threatening a village administrative officer while he used to be exercising his duty within the town on Thursday.
In his grievance, Veerapandi south VAO R Ramesh mentioned that Natarajan of Nallur submitted an utility to switch patta, a land file. But the reliable advised him that since he used to be busy in election work, he could no longer look into the appliance, and asked him to talk over with the place of work later. But Natarajan had a quarrel with Ramesh and threatened him. He also stopped him from exercising duty.
Veerapandi police have registered a case under 294 (b), 353, and 506 (i) of IPC towards Natarajan
