Despite repeated attempts Ravneet Bittu may not be contacted for feedback.

He said since candidates have not filed the nomination then expenditure will probably be counted from birthday celebration expenses. Also the private promoting company hired by MC cannot give the entire websites to 1 birthday celebration as the entire parties have right to put it up for sale nevertheless it must be in legal way, he added.
