Thiruvananthapuram: E-auto project receives two bids

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Two bids were reportedly won after floating re-tender for e-auto challenge below Smart City scheme. Smart City Thiruvananthapuram Ltd (SCTL), the particular purpose automobile formed for Smart City challenge, had to opt for re-tender for e-auto challenge as it would no longer to find any takers for the tender issued in February.
Two tenders had been previous won for e-rickshaw (proportion auto) challenge. Till March, administrative sanction has been issued for projects price Rs 67.6 crore and technical sanction has been issued for projects to the track of Rs eight.23 crore.
