COLVA: Verna police have filed a chargesheet in opposition to former legislator Francisco Pacheco and two others earlier than the judicial Justice of the Peace first class, Margao, for endangering human existence by means of making an attempt to run over an individual at Utorda beach, and dangerous the complainant with dire consequences and abusing him with filthy language, a year in the past.
