JALANDHAR: A year after becoming a member of the BSP, Mohan Lal on Friday joined Congress at Chandigarh in leader minister Captain Amarinder Singh’s presence. Former BSP state president Gurlal Saila and birthday celebration candidate from Banga in 2017 Rajinder Singh additionally joined Congress at Chandigarh.
