BARNALA: Punjab Ekta Party district Barnala president Kala Dhillon on Friday joined Congress in the presence of Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh and Sangrur candidate Kewal Singh Dhillon's son Karan Dhillon.
Kala Dhillon previous was once district Barnala president of AAP however had joined arms with PEP president Sukhpal Singh Khaira.
Kala Dhillon stated "the commitment shown by Congress towards welfare of Punjab under the leadership of Captain Amarinder Singh and Kewal Dhillon is appreciable and going by it I have joined Congress."
Kewal Dhillon stated this is just the beginning and plenty of other leaders will in a while join Congress.
Others who joined Congress with Kala are Surat Bajwa (state executive member PEP), Harvinder Sekhon, Prem Gupta from AAP.
