The sufferers were known as Chaman, Sunny and Kishan who hailed from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh and were shut kin. They had long past to the railway track at the back of the Huda Park in Sector 6 of Panipat along with every other relative Dinesh from Delhi. The four young men, who worked as daily wage labourers, had come to attend a marriage of a relative.
