On Tuesday, the regulate valve of a pipeline wearing ammonia inside Haryana oil mill (chilly storage) exploded while the chemical was being transferred from a storage facility. The mill did not have a no-objection certificate. Only minor eye inflammation and respiring difficulties were reported. The incident came about in Haiderganj locality of Bazarkhala, Lucknow.
