Superme Court legal professional and activist Prashant Bhushan on Thursday advised the apex courtroom that its judgement in the Rafale deal issue should be recalled and reviewed because it was once acquired by the government thru "multiple falsehoods and suppression of material" and related information. Bhushan alleged that the government misled the courtroom on more than a few counts.
