The ED has filed its first direct chargesheet towards arguable Islamic preacher Zakir Naik on fees of cash laundering, officers said. The company filed the prosecution grievance under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) earlier than a unique court in Mumbai and said it has identified proceeds of crime value Rs 193.06 crore.
