IMPHAL: Nemcha Kipgen, the one feminine minister in the N Biren Singh govt, expressed satisfaction with how a northeast choral competition was arranged in New Delhi on Saturday, announcing such an initiative will bring oneness amongst various ethnic groups of the region.
